Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
- Utilize social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Research and implement effective recruitment strategies to reach a diverse pool of candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, ADP, Lever, and PeopleSoft for candidate management and reporting purposes
- Assist with succession planning initiatives and talent pipeline development
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their use in recruitment efforts
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
