VA ADMIN/Organization/Tracking

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Data Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping track of data from our finance department. This is a full-time remote position with an 8-figure digital marketing company located in the US.

Responsibilities:
-Gathering data from the different sources, compiling it onto one tracker, and organizing as appropriate
-Generating monthly reports to present to your manager explaining the data from the analysis
-Create written reports on the data within the trackers for easier understanding
-Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
-Reviewing finance reports and compiling data for our collection team to call clients
-Sending emails for our collections team
-Swiping credit cards
-Presenting findings and recommendations to your manager
-Finding new ways to automate the systems
-Double checking work to ensure accuracy and completeness
*Being comfortable calling clients and handling collection calls on zoom is a plus, but not required*

Requirements:
- Can work M-F US days, Pacific Standard Time
-At least 1-2 years of admin online experience
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills with clear writing and speaking English
-Comfortable working remotely and able to use technology and tools required for the role
-Ability to work well on a team and collaborate with colleagues in different departments
-Comfortable coming on zoom and giving presentations
-Experience working in finance in the past is a plus, but not required.
