Job Summary:
FanYou Ph is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Game Operator to join our team. The Game Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our games, maintaining a positive player experience, and addressing any in-game issues. This position requires a strong understanding of gaming mechanics, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our players.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in game design or related field is a plus
- Strong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of various gaming genres
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer support is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Monitor live game sessions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable player experience.
- Identify and address any in-game issues promptly and effectively.
- Respond to player inquiries and issues via in-game chat, forums, and other communication channels.
- Assist with game mechanics, technical issues, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate and execute in-game events, promotions, and activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage players.
- Conduct regular testing of game features and updates to identify and report bugs.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely resolution of reported issues.
- Foster a positive and engaging community by interacting with players through various channels.
- Gather and relay player feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the localization process, ensuring the accurate translation of in-game content into the English language.
