Telemarketer – Outbound Lead Generation

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Persuasive and able to build rapport with potential customers.
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Knowledge or interest in the specified industries is advantageous
Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the combined industries, as already stated
Understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly
Maintain a customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
