About the Job:
1. Personal & Professional Growth Coach: Help staff gain individual crystal clear clarity on personal and professional goals
-Career Pathing and Development: Work closely with employees to identify career goals, and design personalized development plans that align with both individual aspirations and company objectives.
-Mentorship and Coaching: Establish a mentorship and coaching framework that supports employee growth and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
2. Performance Management Integration: Align learning and development initiatives with performance management, ensuring that employee growth is supported and recognized.
-Design and Implement Learning Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that address the current and future needs of the organization, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
-Evaluation and Feedback: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve offerings.
-E-Learning and Technological Tools: Leverage technology to deliver effective e-learning and virtual training sessions, ensuring accessibility and engagement for remote teams.
3. Improve the output/outcome for each department & individual by daily/weekly habits: any action/knowledge/failure should be stored, converted to an improvement point in process and leverage technology/media to eliminate the need to reinvent the wheel each time
IP- Daily/Weekly Improvements on Process & Knowledge (documentation + lessons learned)
Media- Use media to store & convey information
Technology- Use technology to make reduce mistake and the need to do replicable task more than once
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor's or equivalent
-Experience: 10+ years relevant experience (HR, Learning and Development, Organizaton Development, Education)
-Management: 1-3 years experience
-Scope of Control: Control is only limited to their own work.
-Impact: Jobs at this level have a direct impact on the performance of the entire organization. These jobs typically require a deep understanding of the business and its strategic goals.
-Degree of Technical Skills: (1) Has good working and background knowledge of the area of practice. (2) Can complete tasks independently with little guidance. (3) Can identify and troubleshoot complex problems. (4) Can mentor or train others.
-Degree of Problem Solving: (1) Individuals at this level are able to identify and prevent problems before they occur. (2) They are able to think critically and creatively to identify potential problems and develop solutions. (3) They are able to work independently to solve problems.
-Task Complexity: (1) Tasks are more complex and require some problem-solving skills. (2) There is some ambiguity or uncertainty involved in completing the tasks. (3) The tasks require more specialized skills and knowledge. (4) The tasks can be completed in a reasonable amount of time.
-Hardware Required: (1) The level of hardware required needs to be sufficient for more demanding tasks such as browsing multiple browser tabs, video editing, and graphic design. (2) The hardware requirements for this level are higher than the basic level, and a mid-range computer or laptop will be required.

Interview Process
-The interview process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interview in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numberic questions to verify your relevant experience. And then we will ask you up to 5 situation base questions to understand gauge your experience, logic & communication skills.
-After which, we might have some clarification questions for you.
-Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trail task (we will provide actual problems / issue we face that you will try to resolve).
-Lastly, we will do a final in person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and expereince assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
