Data Scientist – Power BI Specialist

Job Overview:
PHYREM is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Scientist - Power BI Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in laying the foundation for data analytics, starting from the ground up. Your primary responsibilities will involve planning, architecting, and building a comprehensive data warehouse in collaboration with our developers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the data warehouse, as well as creating insightful reports and analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize your expertise in web metrics to understand data requirements and enhance the overall analytics capabilities.
• Work closely with developers to build a robust data warehouse infrastructure from scratch.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of data sources.
• Identify the reporting needs of the organization and work with developers to develop comprehensive dashboards.
• Generate reports independently, addressing the specific requirements of each of the four different product lines with distinct data sets.
• Leverage your proficiency in MSSQL and PowerBI to extract, transform, and visualize data effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman for API or similar is a plus
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking ownership of data-related tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Extensive background in building and maintaining data warehouses.
• Proficient in MSSQL and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with web metrics and API tools, like Postman or similar.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with developers and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data-related challenges.
