In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing inbound messages and reaching out to potential leads, contributing to the growth and success of Mountain Fire Wheels.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound messages from customers and potential leads in a professional and timely manner.
Initiate outbound communications to provided leads, showcasing the features and benefits of Mountain Fire Wheels' products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree.
Preferred: Previous experience in automotive sales or a passion for the automotive industry.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
