Jr Operations Manager

I'm looking for the best, and I'm willing to pay top dollar for it! I need someone whose idea of fun is organizing and creating tables and spreadsheets in Excel. We are looking for a junior operations manager who will defy the societal norms of being submissive and being told what to do. I want someone who will challenge the status quo, ask questions, and be proactive. Someone who will ask for forgiveness and not permission. I want someone with at least 1 to 2 years of operations experience at a minimum. Ideally, this person will be comfortable working inside of GO High Level or will be willing to be trained and taught. Being comfortable with back end intergrations like zapier and some basic coding are a plus but not required.
