Job Overview:
As a Wholesale Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you'll be integral to our lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing efforts. Your responsibilities include Rabbit hole like research, contacting motivated sellers, managing leads, property analysis, offers, and closing deals. Prior acquisitions experience in the wholesale real estate market is essential.
Responsibilities:
Identify motivated sellers through various online platforms, (Free & Paid).
Qualify leads through cold calls/warm calls and SMS campaigns.
Manage and organize lead database.
Assist with lead follow-up and communication.
Conduct property analysis for wholesale deals.
Negotiate and close deals.
Provide progress updates to team.
Proactively tackle new projects.
Problem-solve effectively.
Qualifications: (YOU WILL BE IGNORED, HAVE PROOF)
Strong communication skills. (STRONG ENGLISH ONLY)
Acquisitions experience in wholesale real estate.
Proficiency in cold calling and SMS campaigns.
Successful wholesale deal closures.
Property analysis expertise.
Familiarity with CRM and online lead dependent worker with deadline orientation.
Team player with INTEGRITY.
Real estate background.
Digital marketing Expertise
Sales Expertise and Experience.
