We are primarily an eCommerce company selling our own brands through a website, Amazon, and other online platforms.
We are looking for someone to assist with a wide variety of tasks including inventory reporting and forecasting, auditing accounts payable, and liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other service providers.
Some tasks you will do:
• Track orders, shipments, deliveries, and stock levels at warehouses
• Keep all files updated and ensure every entry is accurate
• Reconcile inventory stored in different warehouses
• Audit invoices from different suppliers/service providers
Key Skills:
• Inventory forecasting
• Analytical and problem-solver
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Comfortable with using Google Sheets, Excel, and other software
(Advanced Excel skills are necessary to efficiently complete some of the tasks.)
• Amazon experience is a plus – not required
