We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Strategist/Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a data enthusiast with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data from various digital channels including Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, and social media platforms.
Build custom reports and dashboards to monitor marketing performance and identify trends.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to inform and influence marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Manage and interpret large datasets to reveal underlying patterns, correlations, and trends.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to improve client engagement and acquisition.
Create and maintain custom reports within HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, and social media analytics.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in building custom reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and its reporting capabilities.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Proven experience in using data to inform and drive marketing decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
