Vendor Management/Analyst

Who we are:

Connex Partner’s is a sixteen year old business information firm based in New York City’s financial district that consults Human Capital and Healthcare Leaders from Fortune 1K Corporations as well as the vendors that serve them.

We’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who we can train to accurately identify potential partners for our company within the Enterprise Human Capital Management and Healthcare sectors. This role is a crucial role within our organization and must be able to communicate with several layers of leadership, and various teams through out our organization and therefore must be fluent in English. The right candidate does not need to sound like a native English speaker, but it is essential that they can articulate, write and communicate clearly in English at a high level with their team. They must also:

• Have either real world experience or schooling in disciplines similar to:
o Business Analyst
o Market Research Analyst
o Vendor Analysis/Management
o Account Management
o Solutions Architect
o Management Analyst
o Project Coordinator/Analyst
o Business Manager
o Systems Analyst

• Have experience doing online research.

• Be proficient with technology, and learning new platforms.

• Have a reliable internet connection that meets the minimum necessary download and upload speeds to work remotely without interruption.

• Possess a high degree of accountability and organization with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

• Be available to work our office hours, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, for the first 60 days. Upon review of quality over time, the right candidate may be able to work more flexible hours relative to their native time zone.

The primary duty of the job is:

• To efficiently and accurately identify high quality vendors for our company to partner with. We will train the right candidate on our suite of “best in class” technology platforms to assist with all functions of this job. We want to bring someone onto the team who is a self-starter and who gets excited about creating their own workflows and efficiencies.
