Position Overview:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of our company, actively engaging with users in different online communities to boost brand awareness, answer questions, share content, and foster positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with online communities on platforms like TG, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
Share, promote, and discuss our brand's products or services in a genuine and engaging way.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, providing excellent customer support.
Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies to increase brand visibility.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.
Participate in online events, forums, or chats to promote brand awareness.
Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders and influencers.
Qualifications:
Strong familiarity with social media and online platforms such as TG, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for our brand and products/services.
Ability to engage with diverse online communities in a respectful and compelling way.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Strong understanding of social media trends and online etiquette.
