We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and General Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to respond effectively to customer inquiries through live chats and phone calls. RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. CALL HANDLING:

• Provide customer assistance and information over the phone, ensuring a positive and supportive interaction.
3. SHIPPING MANAGEMENT:
• Process shipping labels for orders and oversee the timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Work closely with shipping partners to address issues and optimize the shipping process.
4. ORDER TRACKING AND LOGISTICS:
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail in tracking and updating order statuses.
• Handle logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations and improve overall efficiency.
5. DATA ENCODING AND REPORTING:
• Encode various types of client business reports focusing on accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
6. WEBSITE EDITING:
• Edit content on the brand website to ensure accuracy and alignment with the company's messaging and branding.
7. QUALITY ASSURANCE:
• Check and verify images and videos created by designers, ensuring they meet quality standards and accurately reflect the brand's image.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in customer service and operations roles.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
• Proficiency in managing shipping processes and logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in creating and managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook.
• Familiarity with data encoding and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of website editing and content management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
