We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and creative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize emails, including responding to client inquiries, filtering, and prioritizing.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings.
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and preparation of reports.
Assist in managing social media accounts and creating content.
Conduct online research and present findings.
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Manage and update company databases.
Assist in planning and coordination of events and projects.

Provide occasional personal assistant tasks for executives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other office management tools.
Experience with online calendars and cloud systems.
Experience in handling social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus.
