We are looking for a Bookkeeper - Financial Records Manager to join our team, working 4-8 hours weekly to maintain financial data, produce accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with Australian business regulations.

About the role:
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions using Xero software.
- Generate weekly sales reports for informed decision-making.
- Track accounts receivable/payable, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain organised financial records for taxation and reporting.
- Help uphold compliance with Australian business regulations.

About you:
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills for collaborative success.
- Computer literacy with essential office software.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate updates.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial records management.
- Experience in Xero.
- Knowledge of Australian business compliance and taxation is an advantage.

Work Schedule:
You control your hours! You'll be flexible in working around 4-8 hours per week while enjoying the advantages of asynchronous communication to organise your own schedule. Initially, some extra hours might be required each week for setting up and getting started.

Salary:
