Compensation: Base salary of $6 per hour plus quarterly performance bonuses based on performance measures. Advancement opportunities with increased salary and responsibilities become available to top performers after 6 months.

Types of work include the following, all of which you will receive training on and do not need prior experience with:
taking ownership and accountability to get stuff done.
saving and filing (digitally) documents according to specific folder structures and file name conventions.
managing case tasks
scheduling events with multiple groups of lawyers, witnesses, clients, experts, court reporters, etc.
managing lawyers’ calendars for case-specific items
filing documents with court clerks and corresponding with opposing counsel
reviewing, organizing, and auditing medical records
drafting, and drafting responses to, discovery requests
keeping clients informed, both proactively and in response to inquiries on case Upgrade to see actual infolling courts, clerks’ offices, clients, opposing counsel, etc. for various questions.
Experience: You do not need to know how to do everything already, and prior law firm/legal experience is not a requirement. Prior experience is a problem if you lack flexibility and the willingness to adopt our systems and be part of our team.
