Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage content posting across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
Monitor social media trends and leverage them to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze property portal statistics from platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and our proprietary website.
Generate comprehensive fortnightly reports for clients, offering insights and recommendations on market trends and competing properties.
Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize data in enhancing our property marketing strategies.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Engage in ongoing training and development, with a focus on becoming proficient in autonomous report generation.
Receive consistent support and supervision, particularly during the initial months, to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
