5. **Market Analysis**: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights to the product development team for potential improvements or new offerings.
6. **Feedback Collection**: Regularly collect client feedback on services provided and share insights with the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
7. **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, challenges, and achievements to executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time
