As a Virtual HR and Admin Assistant with our company, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for handling both administrative and human resources tasks. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Support:
* Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
* Onboard new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and orientation materials.
* Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation.
* Administrative Tasks:
* Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for the team.
* Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
* Communication:
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR and administrative inquiries from employees and external parties.
* Assist in drafting and proofreading internal and external communications.
* Organization and Record Keeping:
* Keep track of important deadlines, meetings, and events.
* Ensure proper filing and organization of digital and physical documents.
* General Support:
* Support the HR and admin team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
* Provide excellent customer service and assistance to team members.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, or in a related role is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using HR and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
* Knowledge of HR practices and administrative procedures is a plus.
