Responsibilities:
1. IT Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide timely and effective support to end-users for IT-related problems.
2. EMDR & Patch Software:
- Implement and manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
- Ensure timely and secure patch management for all systems.
3. Email Encryption:
- Configure and maintain email encryption solutions to secure sensitive communications.
- Monitor and respond to email security issues.
4. Threat Monitoring:
- Implement and oversee threat monitoring systems.
- Analyze security alerts and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
1. Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
2. Experience:
- Proven experience in IT troubleshooting and support.
- Hands-on experience with EMDR solutions and patch management.
- Expertise in configuring and managing email encryption systems.
- In-depth knowledge of threat monitoring tools and practices.
3. Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.
4. Availability:
- Full-time commitment to the role.
- Willingness to work in a remote offshore environment.
