Overview
We are seeking a resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our recruiting team and focus on identifying and sourcing potential candidates for open roles. This position will be responsible for building targeted candidate lists, researching prospects, and compiling qualified talent pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Mine internal resume databases to identify qualified, passive candidates
- Search external sites including LinkedIn to build robust candidate lists
- Develop creative search strings leveraging keywords and Boolean operators
- Identify and source potential candidates through industry contacts and cold outreach
- Maintain and expand the company’s talent network by adding prospects
- Conduct research using tools like RocketReach to identify candidate contact information
- Curate organized lists of prospects within Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Add detailed notes on prospects and indicate recommended fits
- Meet weekly metrics for candidates sourced and added to lists
- Share top prospects with recruiting team for further outreach

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Some United States hours required, flexible based on business need
- Self-motivated individual able to manage priorities and deadlines
- Team collaborator who can help expand sourcing efforts
- 1+ years experience in recruiting, sourcing, or prospecting
- Advanced LinkedIn search skills and proficiency preferred
- Creative thinker with ability to uncover target prospects
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
