Job Responsibilities:
As a Finance and HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing both financial and human resources aspects of our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR functions, ensuring business compliance, and managing financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with relevant business regulations and labor laws.
Manage financial transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in both Finance and HR roles.
Familiarity with business compliance regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small team environment.
Knowledge of traditional weaving or a passion for social enterprises is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
Workdays: Monday to Thursday.
Office-based position in Quezon City.
Open to candidates with another full-time job, as long as the schedule aligns with our office hours.
