Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This position will primarily focus on onboarding, managing changes in employee locations, handling tax-related matters, and ensuring compliance with required training programs, including those related to harassment and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate orientation sessions, providing necessary information on company policies, culture, and procedures.
2. Employee Relocation:
- Collaborate with HR management company to manage changes in employee locations, ensuring a seamless transition and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist employees with relocation-related queries and concerns.
3. Tax Compliance:
- Work closely with the HR management company to ensure accurate and timely processing of tax-related documents.
- Address employee inquiries related to tax deductions, filings, and other relevant matters.
4. Training Programs:
- Monitor and track mandatory training programs, including those related to harassment, diversity, and compliance.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain records to ensure that employees are up-to-date with required certifications.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant reports to regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding, relocation, and compliance.
- Familiarity with tax-related processes and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
