I'm a great Virtual Assistant because I have the skill and experience, the academic background, and
the attitude to fulfill responsibilities of this role. In terms of experience, I do have several years of
management experience in various management positions. This allows me to
understand how my superiors think and what my superiors want and thus I will be
better equipped to assist them. I also have significant Executive Assistant
experience as the Municipal Administrator of Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte,
Philippines, from which I organize events, schedule meetings and book flights
and hotels for the Municipal Mayor. Additionally, I also conceptualize and
write Executive Orders and review contracts and other related legal documents
in relation to my function. Moreover, my experience in the BPO industry, my
experience as a writer for a magazine, and my experience as the communications
officer of UN-Habitat, has significantly elevated the proficiency of my verbal
and written communication skills. I can also type 77 words per minute with 100%
accuracy and this helps me a lot when transcribing for a meeting or
conversation. Additionally, I am well-versed in Google Calendar, Google Mail, Google Sheets, Zoom Cloud Meeting, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

In terms of my educational background, I do have a Master's
Degree in Business Management with a Major in Finance. I also have a Bachelor's
Degree in Computer Engineering which means I am technologically savvy and can
learn applications when needed to perform certain functions.
