Public Relations Coordinator

I am the CEO of a short-term rental business and am seeking to broaden my personal branding. I am looking for an experienced public relations professional, preferably a freelancer rather than someone under an agency, to help me generate media exposure on editorial and TV outlets. I am interested in securing interviews, participating in conversations, and showcasing my expertise in the short-term rental business. I am in need of an individual who can efficiently liaise with appropriate platforms, manage the promotional aspects of my appearances, and meticulously handle the scheduling and administrative facets of my interviews or appearances.

DUTIES:
-Connect with journalists and send them valuable pitches through 'Help A Reporter Out' or HARO in relation to my business.
-Write interesting, unique, and actionable pitches in grammatically error-free English.
-Track the pitches sent out via email and follow up if necessary.
-Monitor and review backlinks.
-Build a good rapport with journalists or TV outlets for potential interviews.
-Present relevant campaign topics to my business and get my opinion about them.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be familiar with HARO.
-Excellent written English communication skills.
-Good researcher.
-Persistence, perseverance, and follow-through.
-Responsive and reliable.
-Consistent.
