About the Firm

We are a full-service accounting firm based in the United States. We serve over 1,500 individual and small business clients throughout the United States with most clients located around our hubs in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Spokane, Washington. We plan to add two tax associates to our team this summer. Our firm presently includes staff in the United States and the Philippines. We are devoted to client service and ensuring that we deliver high-value professional service, provide holistic tax planning for our clients, and deliver a superior, high-touch client experience.

About You

You care about people. You like establishing connections with your clients and coworkers and maintaining those relationships over the long haul.

You have basic familiarity with the United States individual income tax system. You have previously prepared United States' individual income tax returns or have a bachelor's degree in accounting.

You are organized. You can critically think and identify gaps in client files.

You are technically fluid in Windows, Gmail, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

You communicate well with clients, other staff, mid-level firm personnel, and partners in both written and verbal form.

About the Job

This position prepares United States individual income tax returns and is ideal for a person with some experience preparing tax returns or a recent graduate. This position supports two partners in the firm's tax practice and will primarily involve communication with the partners, firm administrative staff, and US TAX PREPARATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!
