Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks and a solid background in real estate lending. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Expertise:
Utilize advanced QuickBooks skills to manage and maintain financial records.
Execute daily reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly.
Real Estate Lending Experience:
Apply knowledge of real estate lending principles to financial transactions and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording of lending activities.
Remote Access and Collaboration:
Access and manage financial systems remotely via Teams on a daily basis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and generate regular financial reports for internal review.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Communication:
Effectively communicate financial information to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to address queries and provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant, with expertise in QuickBooks.
Background in real estate lending is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Working Hours:
The successful candidate must be available to work US hours, from 9 am to 5 pm PST.
